Incubator Businesses Academic

Director of the university incubator: Mr Aït Akach Samir

Historical overview

Within the framework of its openness to the economic and social environment, Bouira University received in 2019 a delegation from the National Agency for the Valorization of Research and Technological Development Results (INFRAD), led by Mr. Rabah Farraqa, Head of the Engineering and Management Department, and Ms. Mahi Saidoon Zahra, Head of the Legal and Financial Engineering Department. This visit aimed to inspect the premises designated for the business incubator and appoint a person in charge for it, alongside a socio-economic partner.
The incubator is considered a space designed to support students with feasible projects, and it also serves as a tool to support technology transfer and encourage the creation of start-ups. The agency will provide educational guidance and the necessary funding for the selected project owners during the launch phase, in addition to covering all costs related to managing the incubator, according to Mr. Rabah Farqa.
