I am delighted to welcome you all to the hallowed halls of our venerable university with the beginning of this academic year and the new academic year, which we hope will a18> be a year full of achievements and successes. Our university today stands on the threshold of a new phase of development and modernisation, which will be marked by a series of important events and initiatives. a31> of development and modernisation, based on a36> its legacy of academic excellence and its ambitious aspirations for the future .

The challenges facing the world today require us to be more flexible and innovative in our approaches to education and scientific research. Education is no longer just about imparting knowledge; it has become an interactive process aimed at building character and developing critical and creative skills in students. With this in mind, we have developed an ambitious strategic plan that aims to integrate modern technologies, particularly artificial intelligence, into all aspects of the educational process.
