University Habilitation

According to Executive Decree No. 21-50 of January 28, 2021

Conditions for obtaining professorship
  • To have been in active service for at least three years

  • To hold a PhD degree or a foreign degree recognized as equivalent for at least one year

  • To have carried out, after obtaining the PhD degree, high-level research work and to have strengthened the results of their research through publications in nationally or internationally recognized journals, as well as national or international presentations, or patent applications.

  • To demonstrate teaching experience through the production of teaching materials, delivering lectures, and supervising Master’s students.

University habilitation application file
  • A formal written application (official copy submitted to the University Rectorate).

  • A detailed curriculum vitae (CV), accompanied by supporting documents related to the candidate’s scientific and pedagogical work, including a copy of the doctoral thesis and its published scientific outputs, as well as communications, publications, scientific books and materials, and patents

  • A report on teaching, supervisory, and research activities carried out after obtaining the PhD degree. The application file must also include a summary of the candidate’s overall pedagogical and scientific work, written in the national language and in either French or English.

Professorship application file
